34°50′29″N 69°8′56″E / 34.84139°N 69.14889°E / 34.84139; 69.14889Qara Bagh is a town and the center of Qarabagh District, Kabul Province, Afghanistan.[1] The population is 13,000 (2007 calculation). The town was seriously damaged during the wars.
