Ent-kopalil difosfatna sintaza (EC 5.5.1.13, ent-kaurenska sintaza A, ent-kaurenska sintetaza A, ent-CDP sintaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom ent-kopalil-difosfat lijaza (deciklizacija).[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- geranilgeranil difosfat ent-kopalil difosfat
Ovaj enzim je deo bifunkcionalnog enzima koji učestvuje u biosintezi kaurena.
