"Hand Springs" je pjesma koju je grupa The White Stripes izdala kao singlicu godine 1999. Pjesma je izdana zajedno s pjesmom "Cedar Pointe '76" grupe Dirtbombs u ukupno 2000 primjeraka. Oni su se besplatno dijelili zajedno s fliper-fanzinom Multiball.
U pjesmi Jack White prepričava kako je odveo djevojku u kuglanu da joj se ispriča radi svađe, ali da je ona tada počela očijukati, a potom otišla s mladićem koji je igrao fliper.
"Hand Springs" je kasnije izdana na kompilaciji Hot Pinball Rock, Vol. 1 iz 2000. godine.
Kasnije su kopije albuma White Blood Cells sadržavale bonus DVD that s audio-snimkama "Hand Springs" (kao i pjesme "Lafayette Blues").
