Glukozamin-fosfat N-acetiltransferaza (EC 2.3.1.4, fosfoglukozaminska transacetilaza, fosfoglukozaminska acetilaza, glukozamin-6-fosfatna acetilaza, D-glukozamin-6-P N-acetiltransferaza, aminodezoksiglukozafosfatna acetiltransferaza, glukozamin 6-fosfatna acetilaza, glukozamin 6-fosfatna N-acetiltransferaza, N-acetilglukozamin-6-fosfatna sintaza, fosfoglukozaminska N-acetilaza, glukozamin-6-fosfatna N-acetiltransferaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom acetil-KoA:D-glukozamin-6-fosfat N-acetiltransferaza.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- acetil-KoA + D-glukozamin 6-fosfat KoA + N-acetil-D-glukozamin 6-fosfat
