Oxford County er et fylke i den amerikanske delstaten Maine. Det ligger i de vestlige delene av staten og det grenser mot Franklin County i nordøst, Androscoggin County i øst, Cumberland County i sørøst og mot York County i sør. Det har også grense mot delstaten New Hampshire i vest og mot Canada i nord.

Oxford Countys totale areal er 5 634 km² hvorav 252 km² er vann. I 2000 hadde fylket 54 755 innbyggere og administrasjonssenteret ligger i byen South Paris.

Fylket ble grunnlagt i 1805 som Oxford County, Massachusetts av land fra fylkene Cumberland og York County.
