Semilla
Defunct restaurant in New York City, U.S.
40°42′41.3″N 73°57′28″W / 40.711472°N 73.95778°W / 40.711472; -73.95778 Semilla was a restaurant in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, in the U.S. state of New York.[1][2][3] The business operated from 2014 to 2017.[4][5] José Ramírez-Ruiz was the chef and owner.[6] Semilla served American cuisine[7] and had received a Michelin star.[8]
