Sadhvi Prachi is a radical Hindutva politician[1] and member of the Vishwa Hindu Parishad.[2]

Biography and career

Sadhvi Prachi was born as Prachi Arya in a lower-middle-class family in Sirsali village in Uttar Pradesh in Bagpat District.[3]

Prachi entered public life and the Sangh Parivar as a trainee and member of the Rashtriya Sevika Samiti, which is the women's arm of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), but gained attention as a member of the Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP).[4]

On 13 July 2016, she announced a reward of 50 lakh (US$60,000) to anyone willing to behead Zakir Naik.[5]
