Rich Romer (born February 27, 1966) is an American former professional football linebacker. He played in the National Football League (NFL) for the Cincinnati Bengals from 1988 to 1989.[1][2] He was selected by the Bengals in the seventh round of the 1988 NFL draft.[3]
