KWKD-LD
KWKD-LD (channel 28) is a is a low-power television station in Wichita, Kansas, United States as an owned-and-operated station of the Daystar Television Network.
Brief history
On March 26, 2006, the station was granted a construction permit to begin operations as a digital television station. Upon completion, the station was to broadcast at 15 kW on channel 38.
A deal was reached by the station's previous owner, Trinity Broadcasting Network, to sell the station to Word of God Fellowship, owner of Daystar, on March 19, 2010.[2]
