Hollister, Wisconsin

45°14′53″N 88°47′29″W / 45.24806°N 88.79139°W / 45.24806; -88.79139Hollister, Wisconsin is an unincorporated community located in the town of Wolf River, in Langlade County, Wisconsin, United States.[1] The community is located on Wisconsin Highway 55.[2] The village is named after Seymour W. Hollister, an Oshkosh lumberman and a partner in the Choate-Hollister Furniture Co.[3] Hollister is served by the Wolf River Volunteer Fire Department, and City of Antigo EMS. The town established a post office in 1923, and it was eventually discontinued in 1961. [4]
