Fulgence Razakarivony

Catholic bishop

Fulgence Razakarivony (born August 16, 1963 in Betsiholany) is a Malagasy clergyman and prelate for the Roman Catholic Diocese of Ihosy. He was appointed bishop in 2011.[1]
