Laton Donn Frederick Smith (born September 3, 1949) is a former Canadian football player who played for the Ottawa Rough Riders.[1] He played college football at Purdue University. Though selected by the Kansas City Chiefs in the 1973 NFL draft, Smith returned to his hometown for his professional career.
