Alsa is an unincorporated community in Van Zandt County, Texas, United States.[1] According to the Handbook of Texas,[citation needed] the community had a population of 30 in 2000. It is located within the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex.

Geography

Alsa is located 22 mi (35 km) north of Canton in northwestern Van Zandt County.[2]

Education

Alsa joined the Wills Point Independent School District in the early 1950s.[2]
