The 2023 FIBA U18 European Championship Division C was the 17th edition of the Division C of the FIBA U18 European Championship, the third tier of the European under-18 basketball championship. It was played from 29 July to 6 August 2023 in Baku, Azerbaijan.[1] Cyprus men's national under-18 basketball team won the tournament.

First round
The draw of the first round was held on 14 February 2023 in Freising, Germany.[2][3]
In the first round, the teams were drawn into two groups. The first two teams from each group advance to the semifinals; the other teams will play in the 5th–9th place classification group.
